Christine has a very deep expertise in Luxury, wellness and Beauty, having been a key player for over two decades in driving the Chanel brand and contributing to maintain the company’s leadership position. In the last 5 years, Christine served as Open innovation Officer for Chanel, tasked with helping to prepare the iconic brand for the future by bringing long term perspective to consumer-centric and business-critical evolutions, and by building capabilities for next and adjacent business value drivers through testing and innovation. Prior to this role, Christine served as Chanel’s Global President of Fragrances and Beauty in Paris, Executive VP, Fragrance and Beauty for the US, based in NYC, and SVP of Skincare worldwide.

Prior to joining CHANEL in 1998, Christine worked at the L’Oréal Group. Ms. Dagousset serves on the board of directors of Olaplex (NASDAQ: OLPX) and Evolved by Nature. She previously served on the board of directors of Capsum and Detox Market.
